# Help with Xue Chinese

Need a hand with your learning or account? Find a starting point below, or email support with a short description of what happened.

## Contact support

Email distra96@gmail.com. Include your device platform, app version, the screen or lesson involved, and what you expected to happen. Do not send passwords, sign-in codes, or full payment information.

## Pro access or a missing purchase

Use Restore purchases in the app with the store account used for the original purchase. Check that the subscription is active in your app store. If access is still missing, contact support with your platform and the steps you have tried.

## Audio and listening

Chinese audio is generated with text-to-speech. Check your device volume and Chinese speech settings if supported words or sentences are silent. Tell support which lesson and device you were using if the issue continues.

## Accounts and subscriptions

Use Profile -> Delete account to begin account deletion in the app. If you cannot use the app, follow the account-deletion page for an email request. Account deletion is permanent and does not cancel a paid subscription.

Manage or cancel a subscription through the store used for purchase. Read the account-deletion instructions and subscription terms before taking either action.
